Payment Option

Credit Card, Personal Check, Cashiers Check.
Credit card add 2.5% of amount to be 'run'.
Check and Cashiers Check, allow 2 weeks to clear the bank.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required. A $50 cancellation fee will be collected on all cancellations & taken from the $250 security deposit. If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refunds unless unit re-rented for the same time

Other Fees

$75 cleaning fee - $250 refundable security deposit.
